Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. TicketLane does not issue refunds directly but may facilitate communication between customers and organizers regarding refund requests.

8. Liability

TicketLane is a platform for connecting organizers and customers. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between organizers and customers.
• Event cancellations or rescheduling.
• Issues related to event quality or ticket availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TicketLane, including text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
